Don’t buy anything with Heyup

I purchased the projector as a christmas gift. The projector quality was good BUT none of the apps were working properly. Neither were all of our hard disks or USB keys. The company agreed to refund me if it was sent back in perfect condition. Guess what? More then a month later I’m still waiting. The have lost the package and won’t reimburse me even though someone at the warehouse signed for the delivery by Canada Post. My billing number, the whole printed conversation with the customer service and my complete coordinates were in the box the projector that was also in its box.

The refund process was delayed because the warehouse has received the product but didn't tell us on time. So sorry for keeping you waiting again.

Cute but dies way too fast for the high price

The battery only lasts 60 minutes after a full charge which takes more than an hour. Disappointing for something costing $200 and advertised as portable.
